We need a Technical Program Manager to lead technology-related programs in our IT organization. They should have a technical background, know project management methodologies and SDLC, and ensure programs are delivered on time with desired results.
They will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders and will utilize technical knowledge, strategic planning, and leadership skills to oversee and execute complex projects

Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Program Managers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined scope, quality, time, and cost requirements
- Develop and manage program schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders
- Monitor and report on program status regularly to ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget
- Resolve technical and operational problems within the given project scope
- Interface with engineering managers and engineers to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources
- Communicate regularly with senior management regarding the status of specific projects
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
- Identify and escalate potential issues or risks that could affect the successful delivery of the project
- Ensure adherence to established standards and methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BS with a minimum of 6+ years of experience.
- Candidate must have an understanding of the technology stack used in the organization (e.g., Python,Node.JS, TypeScript, Shell Scripting, microservices architecture, databases, GitHub).
Have knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their impact on project delivery. - Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) to track system health and performance.
Result and priority oriented, with good business sense. - Should have an experience in dealing with and communicating at different levels of the organization is also key to this position.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to create and meet deadlines.
