What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers on IP programs, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between stakeholders.
• Managing project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and successful completion of complex SoC projects.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams globally—including engineering, sales, and support—to drive collaboration and innovation.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, proactively developing solutions to overcome challenges and maintain project momentum.
• Reporting progress, status, and insights to leadership and customers, providing transparency and actionable recommendations.
• Continuously improving project management processes by leveraging industry best practices and feedback to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Need:

• BSEE or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or SoC design industries.
• Expertise in SoC design and IC manufacturing, with a strong understanding of industry standards and methodologies.
• Advanced program/project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working directly with customers in a technical and project management capacity.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proven ability to drive alignment and deliver results.
