What You’ll Be Doing:
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of the codebase and contributing to the team’s software development processes.
- Collaborating with your manager and peers to define and implement new capabilities, independently delivering medium-sized projects with minimal supervision.
- Diagnosing and resolving code issues efficiently and effectively.
- Delivering robust, scalable, maintainable, and extensible code that meets requirements and deadlines.
- Optimizing code for improved tool runtime and memory efficiency.
- Creating comprehensive unit, regression, and system-level tests to validate new features or changes.
- Communicating clearly with managers, technical leads, and colleagues regarding solutions and changes that may impact others.
- Championing best practices in software engineering and serving as a technical resource for the project team.

What You’ll Need:
- B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. degree in Computer Science, Electroncs Engineering, or a related field, with up to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in C++ with a broad and deep understanding of the language.
- Strong working knowledge of the Linux operating system.
- Solid background in data structures, algorithms, and debugging techniques.
- Sound understanding of electronic design at the gate level and/or transistor level.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to complex systems.
- Track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
- Preferred: Experience in large-scale commercial software development, distributed systems, Python programming, EDA databases, geometric data processing, and IC physical design.
