You Are:

An experienced professional with over 10 years of expertise in memory compiler development. You have a strong background in developing CMOS embedded memories such as SP SRAM, DP SRAM, Register File, TCAM, and ROM. You are a natural leader and mentor, proactive in enhancing flows and methodologies. Your skills in designing architecture and circuit implementation, especially for ultra-high-speed, ultra-low-power, or high-density design portfolios, are exceptional. You excel in performing schematic entry, circuit simulation, layout planning and supervision, and design verification and validation. You are adept at interfacing with CAD and Frontend engineers for memory compiler automation, EDA model generation, and full verification flow. Your experience includes bit cell development and verification, as well as driving physical layout design and verification. You bring a high level of professionalism, critical and logical thinking, and a strong commitment to continuous learning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing CMOS embedded memories such as SP SRAM, DP SRAM, Register File, TCAM, and ROM.
• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers, enhancing workflows and methodologies.
• Designing architecture and circuit implementation for ultra-high-speed, ultra-low-power, or high-density designs.
• Performing schematic entry, circuit simulation, layout planning, and supervision.
• Verifying and validating designs to ensure high quality and performance.
• Interfacing with CAD and Frontend engineers to automate memory compilers and generate EDA models.
• Developing and verifying bit cells, driving physical layout design and verification.
• Providing support and performing additional duties as required.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or related fields with 8 to 10 years of experience .
• Proficiency in CMOS memory design, circuit simulation, and memory layout design.
• Experience with layout parasitic extraction and verification tools.
• Programming skills in C-Shell, Perl, C++, or JavaScript.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to develop comprehensive documents, reports, and presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and well-organized with strong leadership abilities.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
