You Are:

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for technology and innovation. With more than 8 years of relevant experience and a strong background in layout design, you have honed your skills in managing and leading teams to success. You possess a deep understanding of deep submicron effects and floorplan techniques in advanced CMOS, FinFET, and GAA process technologies at 7nm and below. Your expertise in layout matching techniques, ESD, latch-up, PERC, EMIR, DFM, LEF generation, bond-pad layout, IO frame, and pitch requirements sets you apart. You are adept at scripting for layout automation and have excellent communication skills that enable you to lead and mentor your team effectively. Your leadership qualities shine through in your ability to guide developments of new technologies and solve complex problems. You thrive in cross-functional settings and are committed to delivering high-quality layout execution with efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the development of next-generation DDR/HBM/UCIe IPs.
• Providing guidance and expertise in high-speed DDR/HBM/UCIe IP layout.
• Acting as an advisor to team members to meet schedules and resolve issues.
• Performing in a project leadership role and contributing to complex project aspects.
• Developing and maintaining schedules, working in cross-functional settings, and ensuring proficiency in layout and verification.
• Mentoring junior team members and extracting the best performance from senior ones.
• Leading a small layout team, understanding PHY level constraints, effort estimation, and schedule planning.
• Supporting critical layout, floorplanning requirements, layout reviews, and quality checks.

What You’ll Need:

• BTech/MTech in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience and team management skills.
• Ability to lead projects with high product quality and efficiency.
• In-depth understanding of deep submicron effects, floorplan techniques in advanced process technologies.
• Proficiency in layout matching techniques, ESD, latch-up, PERC, EMIR, DFM, LEF generation, bond-pad layout, IO frame, and pitch requirements.
• Scripting skills for layout automation (a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
