Key Responsibilities

Work as a business application developer using our best practices
Work closely with customers and handle their issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within SLA; follow up to ensure resolution
Work closely with business analysts and super users to understand data and business processes and work on development activities.
Deliver positive customer experiences by resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related background is required.
1-2 years of experience in application development using technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Single Page Application/Client side MVC
Experience in frontend frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular
Experience in database management (SQL Server, MySQL)
Must have experience with GIT, Jira and Agile project development environments.
Excellent communication skills and capability to engage with customers and stakeholders.

Note: This position requires working with business users and technology teams across geographies.
