What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collecting, structuring, and validating customer requirements to establish clear project scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- Running the program operating cadence, including planning sessions, weekly status meetings, and action tracking for deliverables.
- Maintaining end-to-end visibility of project progress, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.
- Identifying execution risks early, developing mitigation plans with clear ownership and timelines, and escalating issues as needed
- Coordinating across Engineering/R&D, CAE/FAE, and customer stakeholders to align decisions and document next steps.
- Creating reliable dashboards and status reports that provide transparent program health updates to technical teams and management.
- Supporting technical delivery teams in matrix environments across geographies, ensuring consistent methodology and best practices.

What You’ll Need:
- Fluency in DFT concepts, with the ability to participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution development.
- Proven program execution skills, including managing complex plans, tracking dependencies, and driving closure.
- Strong risk management discipline, with experience in identifying, mitigating, and escalating execution risks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at structuring plans and status updates from diverse inputs.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, comfortable building and maintaining tracking systems and dashboards.
- Customer-facing experience (CAE/FAE, deployment/consulting, methodology enablement) preferred.
- Experience supporting technical delivery teams in matrix environments across geographies.
- BSEE/MSEE or equivalent experience, with at least 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
