You Are:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Execute comprehensive product validation for Synopsys PrimeTime by interpreting requirements and customer use cases.  
  • Perform in-depth root cause analysis on customer-reported issues to identify product weak spots and proactively test to improve product quality.  
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Engineering, Field teams, and customers to recommend and implement improvements in product validation and deployment.
  •  Apply technical expertise to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, ensuring the product is robust and ready for customer use.  
  • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive validation plans aligned with the technical roadmap and product specifications.  
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential product validation challenges.  
  • Analyze validation data to uncover trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process or product improvement.  
  • Prepare and present detailed validation reports for multi-functional teams and management, ensuring transparency and accountability.  
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all validation activities.

What You’ll Need:

  • BSEE (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience, or MSEE (or equivalent) with 1+ year related experience.  
  • Deep domain knowledge in Static Timing Analysis (STA) and hands-on experience with Synopsys PrimeTime.  
  • Expertise in timing analysis, ECO flows, SDC constraints, extraction, power analysis, advanced OCV concepts, derates, PBA timing, distributed and hierarchical STA flows, or physical design closure.  
  • Exceptional debugging and problem-solving abilities, especially in complex technical environments.  
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, and Python for automation and data analysis.  
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high product quality standards.
