What You’ll Be Doing:
- Solving complex PPA (Performance, Power, Area) challenges using Synopsys’ latest implementation technologies, including AI/ML Implementation, Physical Synthesis RTL-GDS.
- Solving complex Formal verification challenges, early power estimation using latest technologies
- Benchmarking Synopsys solutions against competitors to displace alternative implementation flows anddemonstratesuperior results.
- Developing, debugging, andoptimizingSynthesisimplementation methodologies and flows for emerging semiconductor technologies.
- Providing technical solutions byidentifyingdesign and EDA tool issues and delivering actionable resolutions for customers.
- Translating technical findings into requirements for R&D, driving tool enhancements and adaptive long-term solutions.
- Deployingnew technologyfeatures in the latest EDA tool versions and enabling customer migration for best-in-class PPA.
- Proactivelyidentifyingcustomer pain points and proposing innovative solutions to address them.
- Collaborating closely with Synopsys R&D and product development teams to shape future technology directions.
- Acting as a customer advocate during internal discussions and as a brand ambassador when engaging externally.

What You’ll Need:
- At least 5+ years of experience inSynthesis, with proven ability to debug and resolve synthesis challenges, including low power understanding.
- Strong exposure tomethodologychanges aimed at achieving targeted PPA metrics for complex designs.
- Proficiencyinsynthesis and formal verificationtools and flows is highlyadvantageous.
- Advanced scripting skills (TCL, Unix, Perl) for automation and debugging.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability tointerface effectively withcustomers and internal teams.
