What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing deep technical expertise in test solutions across design planning, implementation, and validation of Synopsys Test products.
- Leading MBIST (Memory Built-In Self-Test) implementation and validation, including BIST architecture definition, memory grouping, pattern generation, and silicon bring-up diagnostics analysis and debug.
- Driving, prototyping, and developing next-generation DFT methodologies and test suites to validate Synopsys SMS (Memory BIST) tool features.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define, develop, and deliver innovative capabilities within Synopsys tools.
- Leading early-adopter customer engagements, coordinating design methodology alignment, flow reviews, and technical readiness.
- Partnering closely with feature development teams to drive the delivery of AI-enabled DFT solutions.
- Providing technical support, training, and account management to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Assessing customer methodologies and flows, gathering requirements, and proposing tailored solutions.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant industry experience, or MS with 5+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Technical excellence and hands-on expertise in RTL design, DFT insertion, ATPG, and end-to-end MBIST solution development.
- Deep understanding of memory architectures and test principles, including fault models, MBIST algorithms, and repair strategies (hard/soft, eFuse-based repair flows).
- Proven track record of delivering Memory BIST solutions for large, complex SoCs with heterogeneous IP integration.
- Experience or exposure to automotive-grade MBIST designs and in-system test (IST) environments is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of industry test and debug standards: IEEE 1149.1 (JTAG), IEEE 1500, IEEE 1687 (IJTAG).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence teams and engage effectively with customers.
