You Are:
You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally with a background in test and background in IT and data management. Your in-depth understanding of test operations, test equipment, and industry data formats sets you apart. You are customer-driven, with a proven track record of hands-on experience in semiconductor test, such as a product engineer or test engineer. And, you have a knack for troubleshooting complex issues. You excel in team environments, demonstrating strong ethics and excellent communication skills in English. You are a self-starter, ready to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support our clients and projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing pre-sales support to our clients, ensuring they understand the value of our solutions.
- Planning and executing high-volume semiconductor test data-integration projects.
- Coordinating technical teams to deploy, set up, and integrate solutions with customer systems.
- Serving as the technical interface with customers, providing application support and services.
- Collaborating with customers and R&D teams to define product opportunities and contribute to software specifications and roadmaps.
- Conducting customer training sessions on Synopsys solutions.

- Enhancing customer satisfaction by providing expert technical support and services.
- Driving successful deployment and integration of Synopsys solutions within customer environments.
- Facilitating seamless communication between customers and R&D teams to improve product offerings.

- Contributing to the continuous innovation and improvement of our solutions based on customer feedback.
- Strengthening Synopsys' position as a leader in the semiconductor industry by ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Need:
- Several years of experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in test or IT roles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of test operations, test equipment, and industry data formats.
- Proficiency in Unix, Network, Cloud technologies, and scripting.
- Experience with SoC test engineering and semiconductor test equipment is a plus.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and a self-starter mentality.

- Experienced in the semiconductor test or IT industry with hands-on expertise.
- Capable of understanding and managing test data flow and data management.
- A team player with strong ethics and excellent communication skills in English.
