You Are:
As an experienced layout designer, you bring a wealth of knowledge in advanced technology processes and a passion for high-speed I/O designs. You excel in creating intricate layouts for receivers, transmitters, transceivers, CTLE, and DFE circuits. With a solid understanding of analog principles and designs, you are adept at addressing signal-integrity and power-integrity challenges. Your collaborative spirit allows you to effectively communicate and solve problems within a multi-site, cross-functional team. Your attention to detail and commitment to innovation ensure that you consistently deliver high-quality results. You hold a BSc or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and you have over 5 years of experience in layout or design. Your technical expertise, combined with your ability to work independently and lead strategic initiatives, makes you an invaluable asset to our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving top-level floorplan for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) interfaces.
- Optimizing top-level metallization and power delivery.
- Designing interposers and other multichip package-related structures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional Analog Mixed-Signal design teams across multiple sites.
- Ensuring high-speed I/O designs meet performance and reliability standards.
- Resolving technical challenges related to signal-integrity and power-integrity.

What You’ll Need:
- BSc/MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with layout or design in advanced technology processes.
- Experience in designing layouts for high-speed I/Os, including receivers, transmitters, transceivers, CTLE, and DFE circuits.
- Good understanding of analog principles and designs.
- Good understanding of signal-integrity and power-integrity principles.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more specific details on the total rewards package upon request. The base salary range for this role is across the U.S.
