• Leading and overseeing architecture and implementation of D2D interface IP.
• Creating a world-class organization that delivers exceptional performance, positioning Synopsys as the undisputed leader in D2D interconnects for AI/HPC and Datacenter applications.
• Continuously evolving design methodology and system modeling to boost efficiency and achieve high performance and quality of the IP.
• Participating in industry standards.
• Anticipating and managing customer needs.

• Over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a focus on IC design.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing AMS design teams.
• Deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal IC design principles and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of D2D interface IP and its applications in AI/HPC and Datacenter environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
