What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing advanced technical support in Electronics/Electromagnetics, especially EMI/EMC, RF, and SI/PI simulation techniques to customers and channel partners.
- Owning customer problems by proactively engaging with selected accounts, understanding their business needs, and delivering comprehensive engineering solutions.
- Leading and instructing introductory training classes, collaborating on professional service projects, and sharing expertise across teams and disciplines.
- Gathering and analyzing customer requirements to support product improvements and collaborating with development teams to translate needs into new capabilities.
- Testing new software releases on industrial problems, ensuring robust and effective solutions for customer workflows.
- Participating in internal initiatives to foster knowledge sharing and best practices within and across engineering disciplines.

What You’ll Need:
- BS, MS, or PhD in Electromagnetics, Electrical, Electronics, HF/RF, EMC/EMI, SI/PI Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Ansys software or similar CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM packages.
- Strong understanding of engineering practices and experience deploying simulation solutions within customer workflows.
- Knowledge of industry processes and simulation solutions for Electronics, EMC/EMI, HF-RF, SI/PI, including normative/standards knowledge (especially for EMC/EMI).
- Ability to organize and drive multiple complex projects across geographically diverse locations, with a sense of urgency.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken; capable of conducting webinars and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Preferred: 3+ years experience in application engineering, customer support, or consulting roles; knowledge of scripting languages (C, C++, Python); familiarity with Agile processes.
