You will influence a team of experienced technical product managers and associated staff to drive adoption of Synopsys LVS Product Strategies for Established Process Nodes and all advanced process nodes that are also part of the rapidly evolving established process node ecosystem due to the rapidly expanding 3D and Chiplet market. You will be driving awareness for the need to consider connectivity for the ecosystem across all process nodes that are used in a 3D system, including Foundries, Fabless Companies, and IP companies, coaching and explaining to designers how regardless of process node the complexity of designs require advanced reliability checking.
You are able to work with the PMG Executive Directors and Global Sales to not only define product requirements for established LVS node, but their interaction with advanced process nodes as well. You can influence at high levels, working with product management, R&D, and Sales to help expand the Synopsys relationships with key established node industry leaders to continuously move our ICV LVS initiatives forward. You are highly motivated, with a drive for moving the market forward and the ability to work collaboratively across engineering, product management and sales teams to ensure alignment to initiatives. The Impact You Will Have
- Accelerate Synopsys’ ICV LVS strategic positioning in the 3D and Chiplet established node market via identification and development of competitive differentiation.
- Strengthen Synopsys’ influence and thought leadership within the EDA and semiconductor ecosystem through compelling presentations and industry engagement as how established node ICV LVS solutions are necessary in the new 3D/Chiplet market for all process nodes used in a 3D chip stack.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships within Synopsys EDA to facilitate collaboration and proactive management of ICV LVS solutions.
- Assist Sales to navigate complex partnership discussions and agreements required to support ICV LVS across the entire established node ecosystem, balancing Synopsys’ needs with mutually beneficial outcomes for the market.
What You'll Need
- 15+ years of relevant EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience
- BS in Electrical Engineering and or Device Physics required. MS in your field desired
- Deep understanding of Semiconductor ecosystem, and expertise with interpreting and negotiating Foundry LVS Design Rule Manuals to assist R&D to write efficient ICV LVS design kits
- Proven ability to work with senior management to help create a product management team that can support Synopsys Technical Sales, product teams, and customers worldwide

- You are comfortable being the only person in the room who sees the connection between established node LVS and the 3D Chiplet ecosystem, and you know how to bring others along without overselling
- You do not need a fully staffed team to get started, you can operate as an individual contributor on critical initiatives while simultaneously building the organization around you
- You push back when a product requirement is too vague or a go-to-market plan does not account for the realities of how foundries and fabless companies actually work together
- You can explain a complex tradeoff between LVS accuracy and runtime performance to a VP in two sentences without losing the technical nuance
- You thrive under time pressure and know how to drive results through influence, not just process
The Team You'll Be Part Of
You will work with senior management to create a team focused on expanding Synopsys LVS product offerings and market positioning in the established node design environment. This team will collaborate closely with Line of Business product management, sales, and R&D to align LVS established node ecosystem offerings with advanced process nodes as part of Synopsys ICV overall strategic goals. As a key component of the Synopsys EDA Product Management Group, you will identify and cultivate new opportunities, drive collaborative initiatives, and promote joint programs to deliver LVS solutions that address the shift from single-node design to multi-node 3D and Chiplet architectures.
