What You’ll Be Doing:

•Lead and mentor a team of 4+ engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a growth-oriented environment.

•Collaborate with Product Management to define, prioritize, and execute on the product roadmap for vECU simulation solutions.

•Oversee the end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable simulation and testing solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation and smooth release execution.

•Guide software architecture evolution in close partnership with senior engineers, aligning with product strategy and customer requirements.

•Coordinate cross-team initiatives focused on performance optimization, extensibility, and compliance with industry standards.

•Establish and promote technical best practices, driving engineering excellence and scalable development processes throughout the team.

•Manage hiring, performance, and career development, ensuring a strong pipeline of engineering talent and effective succession planning.

•Balance immediate project delivery with sustainable, future-proof architectural decisions.

What You’ll Need:

•B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

•10–12+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in C/C++, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design.

•Proven experience in leading and developing software engineering teams.

•Deep understanding of software architecture, product development cycles, and simulation techniques, including co-simulation and hard real-time simulation concepts.

•Hands-on expertise with Git, CI/CD workflows, and designing/scaling test automation frameworks for complex systems.

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on high-quality product delivery.

•Knowledge of automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, Ethernet) and standards (FMI, SSP, XIL, A2L, MDF, DCM) is a plus.

•Experience with Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), Virtual Electronic Control Units (vECUs), digital twins, or advanced simulation platforms is advantageous.
