You Are 

You bring several years of IT support experience and understand that effective technical support requires both problem-solving ability and sound judgment. You know how to diagnose issues methodically, resolve them efficiently, and communicate solutions clearly to users with varying levels of technical expertise. 

You are comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing workstation deployments, and coordinating with vendors when needed. Supporting users across EMEA has taught you to work effectively across time zones and adapt to regional requirements. You maintain accurate records, apply updates proactively, and prioritize work based on business impact.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across workstations, laptops, and end-user devices in accordance with corporate standards and security policies 
  • Set up and deploy workstations for new employees and role transitions, ensuring systems are properly configured and fully operational 
  • Monitor system performance, apply security patches and software updates, and maintain systems to meet operational requirements and compliance standards 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including software malfunctions, hardware failures, network connectivity problems, and system outages 
  • Manage and support mobile device contracts across EMEA, including device provisioning, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and contract administration 
  • Provide IT Asset Management support by maintaining accurate inventory records, managing hardware and software lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements 
  • Execute IT projects from initiation through completion, including system upgrades, technology deployments, and process improvement initiatives

  • Reduce system downtime and support escalations through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting 
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and role transitions by delivering reliable workstation setup and deployment services 
  • Improve asset visibility and compliance across the EMEA region through accurate IT Asset Management practices and documentation 
  • Optimize mobile device support and contract management, contributing to cost efficiency and reduced administrative burden 
  • Enhance IT operational effectiveness by identifying recurring technical issues and recommending sustainable solutions 
  • Build user confidence in IT services through consistent, professional, and responsive support delivery 


What You'll Need 

  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration within a corporate environment 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and workstation deployment across Windows and Mac platforms 
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently, including hardware failures, software conflicts, and connectivity problems 
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail 
  • Experience supporting mobile devices and administering telecom contracts is a plus 
  • Familiarity with IT Asset Management tools and processes is a plus 
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
