What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing an assigned geographic area, set of accounts, or product/service line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- Accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams and ensuring precise entry of data into Salesforce.
- Developing long-term account strategies for larger accounts, aligning with revenue expectations and resource planning.
- Coordinating company resources to deliver efficient, consistent sales and exceptional customer experiences.
- Conducting long-range studies and analyses to inform sales strategies and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Recruiting, coaching, developing, and motivating field sales team members to foster high performance and professional growth.
- Educating the sales team on advanced sales techniques, industry best practices, and innovative tactics.
- Establishing and managing programs to maintain renewal business, generate new sales, drive growth in existing customers, and lead targeted sales campaigns.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, business, or related field with 8+ years of demonstrated success in technical sales positions OR 12+ years of experience in technical sales.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals for effective execution.
- Expertise in analyzing sales statistics, forecasting, and translating data into actionable strategies.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex sales and customer issues.
- Business acumen and strong negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the territory.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
