Analog Circuit Design Engineer, Staff/ Senior Staff

Our Analog Mixed signal team is looking for Analog Circuit Design Engineer, Staff/Senior Staff, who plays a critical role as a specialist, collaborate with cross-functional teams from RTL, Analog, PnR, PEM and Applications Engineering teams to customers.

Responsibilities:   

• Manage and do improvements for common working and design review flows of Analog IP designs  like  High Speed IOs, DLL, Bandgap,  Clock trees, Calibration circuits... for UCIe, Die to Die, DDR, HBM, Serdes PHY of Synopsys

• Update and generate internal specifications so that all analog projects can get alignment and follow
• Collaborate with design teams to generate documents for customers like databooks, integration guidelines
• Responsible for release activities of analog teams to other cross functional teams like DI, FE
• Collaborate with Lab team for silicon reports
• Responsible for pre-sale, post-sale activities regarding to analog circuit and layout items

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree or PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, Telecommunications or any other related majors.
• 5+ years of experience in Analog mixed-signal design or relevant roles
• Solid technical background in IC design and verification.
• Product delivery background is preferable
• Experience working in sales support or direct customer-facing role.
• Good English communication (both verbal and non-verbal)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skill, and a good team player
• Process oriented, mature and confident to handle conflicting situations.
• Flexible, resourceful, and responsible to complete assigned tasks.
• Intense customer focus and quality focus.
• Passionate to try tools and automation for improvement of productivity and quality.
• Multi-teams & cross-geography working experiences are a plus
• Growth mindset, positive attitude, humble.
