What You'll Be Doing

• Designing analog IPs: high-speed IOs, bandgaps, clock circuits, calibration blocks
• Running circuit analysis and post-layout verification
• Working with layout engineers to deliver real silicon
• Debugging noise, margin, and reliability issues
• Integrating analog with digital blocks for mixed-signal systems
• Training and mentoring junior engineers

What You'll Need

• BS/MS in Electronics Engineering or related field
• 2-5 years in analog, mixed-signal, or custom circuit design
• Hands-on with Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Designer
• Skilled in Hspice, Spectre, or similar simulation tools
• Able to explain technical choices in English, written and spoken
• Experience with high-speed IOs or PLL/DLL is a plus
