Key Job Descriptions

Technical Lead for PHY design team. Work with design teams to execute design from specification to final product.
Design review for block and top design/verification to sign off
Lead research activities for new design architect and design flow
Join global technical team to discuss common topics of technology and design flow
Join customer meetings to lead technical topics
Join global technical forum to discuss industrial standards that relevant to team's products

Key Requirements:

BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, Telecommunications.
14+ years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal Design.
7+ years of experience in High Speed Interface designs (DDR or HBM or HBI or Serdes)
5+ years of experience in Design Management, Project Lead positions
5+ years of experience in communication with customer
For Manager position: 5+ years of experience in managing engineer team.
Strong team player
Excellent with English communication
Experienced with academic research is a plus
Grow mindset, positive attitude
Easy going, humble
