You Are:

You are a skilled engineer with strong experience in embedded CMOS memory development, especially SRAM, ROM, and Register File design. You combine technical depth in circuit implementation with a passion for quality and innovation. You’re collaborative, organized, and eager to mentor others, with excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Your attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and drive for continuous learning make you a valuable team member.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and develop advanced embedded memories (SRAM, ROM, Register File).
  • Lead circuit implementation, simulation, and layout supervision.
  • Collaborate with CAD and frontend teams for compiler automation and verification.
  • Drivebitcell development and reliability analysis.
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead projects.
  • Produce technical documentation and reports.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s/Masters in Electrical Engineeringor related field.
  • 5-8 years’experience in embedded CMOS memory design.
  • Expertisein SRAM bit cell design, testing, and analysis.
  • Proficiencywith layout, simulation, and verification tools.
  • Programming in C-Shell, Perl; C++/JavaScripta plus.
