You Are:

You are a seasoned engineer with a passion for innovation and System-On-Chip (SoC) Design. You have a strong background in SoC Micro-Architecture, RTL Design, and IP Integration, with a proven track record of leading complex projects. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with architects, designers, and IP teams to deliver top-tier solutions. Your technical acumen is matched by your ability to mentor and guide teams, ensuring quality standards and best practices are upheld. Your excellent communication skills enable you to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by a desire to make a significant impact in the semiconductor industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work with Synopsys customers to understand their needs and define SoC Micro-Architecture, design scope, and activities.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and IP teams to accomplish Subsystem or SoC integration deliverables.
  • Design, integrate, verify, and support the implementation of ARC/ARM/RISC based CPU Subsystems, Interface IP Subsystems, Interconnects, and SoC Top Level Integration.
  • Work with peers to improve methodologies and enhance execution efficiency.
  • Develop and adhere to quality standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Ramp-up on new tools and methodologies using Synopsys Products to enable customers.
  • Work with other Synopsys teams, including BU AEs and Sales, to develop, broaden, and deploy Tool and IP solutions.
  • Deliver RTL Integration collaterals to cross-functional teams, like Constraint Development and Design documentation.
  • Set up flows and methodologies to enable quick setup for SoC Integration automation.
  • Lead a team of engineers to perform various Design, Integration, and RTL signoff activities on IPs/Subsystems/SoC Top level.
  • Assist and mentor the team in day-to-day activities and grow the capabilities for future assignments.
  • Review various results and reports to provide continuous feedback to the team and improve the quality of deliverables.
  • Report status to management and provide suggestions to resolve any issues that may impact execution.

  • Ensure the highest quality standards in SoC Micro-Architecture, RTL Design, and IP Integration.

  • Mentor and develop a team of skilled engineers, preparing them for future challenges and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the overall success of Synopsys by aligning with strategic goals and delivering impactful results.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in SoC Micro-Architecture, RTL Design, and IP Integration.
  • Good knowledge of various protocols (PCIe, Ethernet, USB, DDR, UCIe, etc.) and/or processor/interconnect/debug architecture.
  • Technical expertise in SoC level Clocking, Reset, Power Micro-architecture.
  • Experience with SoC Integration flows, RTL Quality Signoffs: LINT, CDC/RDC, UPF, Synthesis, Logic Equivalence checking, Constraint Development.
  • Technical expertise in debugging and diagnosing violations and errors.
  • Ability to lead a team to perform integration of complex SoC/IP/Subsystem.
  • Strong understanding of design concepts, ASIC flows, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
