Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Collaboratively design, specify, and coordinate the development of security architectures for security IP modules and security solution integrations.
• Customer and Standards Engagement: Actively participate in customer use case discussions and standardization body committees to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into new security solutions based on our security IP modules.
• Compliance and Certification: Drive standard compliance of security IP products and coordinate validation and certification projects with external evaluation labs.
• Team Guidance: Guide development teams in executing security specifications and adopting a security-focused mindset.
• Consulting: Provide consulting to R&D and management on new opportunities and risk analysis for our security IP products, contributing to product roadmaps.

Impact:

• Feature Development: Lead the development of new and enhanced features for our security IP modules to meet customer and standard specifications.
• Product Planning: Influence product planning through technical analysis of customer use cases and standardization requirements.

Qualifications:

• PhD or advanced MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in digital security (hardware and software).
• Expert understanding of modern practical cryptography and relevant cryptographic standards.
• Previous experience in security engineering and design of security modules in hardware and software, including requirements management and security architectures.
• Experience with security validation and certification projects by evaluation labs.
