You Are:
You are a passionate and experienced Analog Design Engineer with a deep understanding of CMOS technologies and a strong background in analog and mixed-signal block design. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work on cutting-edge high-speed SerDes products. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can communicate effectively in English. You are familiar with IC design packages and UNIX operating systems. Ideally, you have specialized in Electronics and have hands-on experience with high-speed SERDES such as Drivers, Receivers, Clocking, PLL, DLL, and CDR. You are motivated by the challenge of developing high-speed analog integrated circuits and are ready to contribute to a dynamic, multicultural, and cross-functional design team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and/or validating analog circuits considering electrical specifications and reliability constraints.
- Documenting simulation results and analyzing performance.
- Evaluating the impact of parasitic effects related to layout implementations and working with the layout team to minimize such effects, improving performance, power, and area.
- Defining and planning analog design activities for high-speed SerDes products.
- Collaborating with a global team of engineers to integrate and verify design solutions.
- Continuously learning and applying the latest advancements in FinFET/GAA process nodes to enhance design efficiency.

- Contributing to the development of high-speed SerDes products that enable high-performance chip-to-chip communications.
- Enhancing the performance, power efficiency, and reliability of analog integrated circuits in advanced CMOS technologies.
- Supporting the integration of more capabilities into System-on-Chip (SoC) designs, accelerating time-to-market for innovative products.
- Driving advancements in key markets such as Mobile, Automotive, Cloud Computing, HPC, AI, IoT, and 5G.
- Collaborating with a diverse team to solve complex design challenges and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Shaping the future of technology through continuous innovation and excellence in analog design.
What You’ll Need:
- Good understanding of CMOS technologies and analog circuit design principles.
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in analog and mixed-signal block design, with a focus on high-speed SERDES.
- Proficiency in documenting and analyzing simulation results.
- Familiarity with IC design packages and UNIX operating systems.
