What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to customer cybersecurity assessments and questionnaires with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather and verify information aligned with customer requirements
- Reviewing contracts and documentation to extract and modify relevant security and compliance data
- Supporting the development and maintenance of internal processes and documentation for assessment responses
- Identifying trends in customer requests and contributing to continuous process improvements
- Maintaining accurate records and knowledge base content to streamline future assessments
- Providing feedback and metrics to executive management to enhance visibility and decision-making

What You’ll Need:
- Associate degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in compliance, risk, legal, consulting, or operations
- Experience working in a multinational environment or having studied abroad
- Excellent written English skills (C2 level), with at least 3 years in an English-speaking work environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in customer-facing roles or cross-functional collaboration
- Exposure to cybersecurity or risk assessment topics (1–2 years) is a plus
- Familiarity with reviewing contracts or legal/compliance documentation is beneficial
- Awareness of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, EU CRA) or data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is an asset
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SANS, ISO) are welcome but not required
