You Are:
You are a strategic thinker with a knack for financial planning and analysis. You excel at working with G&A leadership to influence long-range and annual plans, strategic initiatives, and capital investments. You have a proven track record in managing, forecasting, and reporting on headcount, expenses and investments. Your ability to execute on projects, prepare presentations and formulate clear recommendations to management sets you apart. You leverage the latest analytical tools to deliver support with optimal efficiency and collaborate seamlessly with broader finance teams and indirect resources. You are comfortable engaging with all levels of leadership and explaining financial data to non-finance leaders. Your strong financial and operational planning skills, coupled with solid business acumen, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be a strategic finance partner to G&A leadership and their staffs to influence long-range and annual plans, strategic initiatives, and capital investments
- Manage, forecast, and report on headcount, recurring costs, investments, and expected returns
- Execute ad hoc projects as needed to support leadership on key business decisions
- Prepare presentations with recommendations to management
- Leverage the latest analytical tools to deliver support with optimal efficiency
- Collaborate with the broader finance team and indirect resources to meet and exceed responsibilities

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Experience in supporting and scaling major functions or business units efficiently
- Strong financial and operational planning and reporting skills coupled with solid business acumen
- Experience with financial systems including Anaplan and SAP; strong proficiency with Excel
