You are a highly skilled and motivated R&D Engineer with a strong background in scientific computing and software development. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and implementing mesh generation software components for advanced simulation platforms.
- Developing computational geometry-based algorithms for accurate and efficient simulations.
- Creating physics-based geometry modeling engines to support nano-scale semiconductor device simulations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and enhance existing functionalities.
- Optimizing software performance through parallel programming techniques.
- Conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Contributing to the development of cutting-edge simulation tools for semiconductor device design.
- Enabling fast and accurate simulations of nano-scale semiconductor devices and circuits.

What You’ll Need:
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience developing 2D/3D mesh generation software.
- Strong design and programming skills in C++.
- Strong background in data structures and algorithms.
- Background in computational geometry.
- Experience with parallel programming (TBB, OpenMP, MPI, GPU).
- Knowledge of structure generation using implicit or explicit methods.
- Experience with level set methods.
- Experience with modern algorithms for the computational solution of partial differential equations.
