You Are:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Anaplan model builder/architect to join our team and drive transformation in Go-to-Market (GTM) Sales Operations. You are a proven change leader, excited to usher in a new era of digital automation and transitions. You are a good problem-solver with a keen ability to diagnose functional needs, manage ambiguity in a dynamic environment, and leverage your technical strength and business acumen to develop a blueprint, roadmap, and then execute it. You will manage existing model builders and partner with business owners and leadership to drive meaningful change in a company with a proven track record of innovation and growth. Additionally, you will represent GTM Sales Operation in the Anaplan Corporate COE to maximize connected planning efficiencies across functional areas.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary Solution Architect for all GTM Sales use-cases.
- Guide and mentor 1-2 internal Model Builders and 1-2 contractor Model Builders.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to recommend and then deliver solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements and use-cases.
- Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
- Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality.
- Develop model documentation.
- Lead data integration, migration solutions, UAT testing and deployment.
- Ensure best practices in modeling and reporting.
- Perform root cause analyses and propose solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration and optimization of sales models with business needs.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology Information Systems, or equivalent degree or other relevant fields of study.
- 10 years or more experience in operations or FP&A leveraging Anaplan or completed 3 or more Anaplan implementation projects as a Model Builder/Architect.
- Certified Anaplan Model Builder level 3 or higher, with preference for Solution Architect.
- Exemplifies Connected Planning Culture.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
