You Are:

You are a skilled engineer with experience in embedded CMOS memory development, especially SRAM, ROM, and Register File design. You combine technical depth in circuit implementation with a passion for quality and innovation. You’re collaborative, organized, with communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Your attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and drive for continuous learning make you a valuable team member.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and develop advanced embedded memories (SRAM, ROM, Register File).
  • Do circuit implementation, simulation, and layout supervision.
  • Do bitcell reliability analysis.
  • Produce technical documentation and reports.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics - Electrical Engineering, Embedded System, Computer Science engineering or related field.
  • 0-3 years experience in embedded CMOS memory design, analog design or related position. 
  • (Fresh graduates are also welcomed and offered the on-the-job training to adapt the position's requirements)
  • Experience in SRAM bitcell design, testing, and analysis.
  • Familiar with simulation and verification tools such as Spice Sim, Primetime, Esp, Cck
  • Experience in programming languages such as C-Shell, Perl is a plus.
