What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and process payments to vendors and employees, ensuring timeliness and proper verification with supporting documentation (invoices, contracts, etc.). 
• Organize and maintain supporting paperwork for financial reports, journal entries, and ledger entries. 
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for responsible accounts and respond clearly to any questions. 
• Handle inquiries from vendors and employees regarding payments, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. 
• Ensure all accounts payable activities comply with company policies and financial regulations. 
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support the team. 
• Collaborate with procurement and other departments to verify purchase orders and contract terms. 
• Assist in month-end closing activities and provide documentation for audits as needed.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
• From 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role, preferably in a multinational corporation. 
• Familiarity with automation tools and AP workflow systems. 
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel. 
• Solid knowledge of local and international accounting and auditing standards. 
• Good command in English.  
• Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills. 
• Detail-oriented, careful, and accountable for your work. 
• Adaptable and flexible, able to manage ad hoc tasks and shifting priorities. 
• Ethical and trustworthy, maintaining confidentiality and compliance at all times.
