You Are:

You are a skilled engineer with a passion for embedded memory circuit design. With a solid background in electronics engineering, you excel in tackling complex design challenges. You have expertise in CMOS Analog design, circuit design tools like SNSP Custom Designer, and simulation tools such as Hspice or XA Sim. Your strong understanding of layout effects on circuit performance and experience in design verifications set you apart. You communicate effectively with global teams and are self-motivated, enthusiastic about technology, and problem-solving. Leadership experience is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing circuits for Embedded Memory (SRAM, ROM, MPRF, TCAM, BCAM).
  • Verifying designs to meet functionality, performance, area, and reliability requirements.
  • Collaborating with layout engineers and performing post-layout verifications.
  • Conducting design characterizations and functionality checks.
  • Solving timing, margin, noise, signal integrity, and power integrity issues.
  • Completing design and data quality checks and conducting design reviews with global teams.

What You’ll Need:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, or Telecommunications.
  • 1 - 3+ years of experience in Memory or Custom logic Circuit design.
  • Solid knowledge of CMOS Analog design techniques.
  • Proficiency with circuit design tools (SNSP Custom Designer).
  • Understanding of circuit simulation tools (Hspice or XA Sim).
  • Experience in writing design review presentations and circuit verification reports.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
