You Are:

You are an experienced SoC engineer with a background in Electronics, Electromechanics, or Telecommunications. You have strong hands-on skills in Place & Route, especially with Synopsys Fusion Compiler/ICC2, and excel at debugging and guiding teams. You communicate well in English, thrive in collaborative environments, and enjoy mentoring others.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and implement SoC solutions using Synopsys EDA tools and IP.
• Advise customer design and CAD teams.
• Develop and apply innovative design solutions.
• Set goals and manage schedules.
• Collaborate with Synopsys teams to deploy tool and IP solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers.

What You’ll Need:

• BS/MS/PhD in relevant engineering fields.
• 7+ years in Place & Route with Fusion Compiler/ICC2.
• Strong debugging and block management skills.
• Knowledge of P&R, extraction, timing, IREM, and Physical Verification.
• Deep experience with debugging DRC/LVS/ANT is a plus.
• TCL/PERL scripting experience.
• Ability to mentor and drive technical projects.
• English communication skills.
