You Are:
You are an experienced SoC engineer with a background in Electronics, Electromechanics, or Telecommunications. You have strong hands-on skills in Place & Route, especially with Synopsys Fusion Compiler/ICC2, and excel at debugging and guiding teams. You communicate well in English, thrive in collaborative environments, and enjoy mentoring others.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and implement SoC solutions using Synopsys EDA tools and IP.
- Advise customer design and CAD teams.
- Develop and apply innovative design solutions.
- Set goals and manage schedules.
- Collaborate with Synopsys teams to deploy tool and IP solutions.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers.

What You’ll Need:
- BS/MS/PhD in relevant engineering fields.
- 7+ years in Place & Route with Fusion Compiler/ICC2.
- Strong debugging and block management skills.
- Knowledge of P&R, extraction, timing, IREM, and Physical Verification.
- Deep experience with debugging DRC/LVS/ANT is a plus.
- TCL/PERL scripting experience.
- Ability to mentor and drive technical projects.
- English communication skills.
