What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing technical support and guidance to customers using Synopsys R3D/RC extraction and layout verification tools, ensuring optimal product utilization and satisfaction.
• Collaborating closely with customers to understand their design requirements and deliver tailored solutions, troubleshooting issues and driving successful outcomes.
• Conducting technical presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations to educate users on best practices and advanced tool capabilities.
• Interfacing with internal engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
• Managing program activities, including project planning, execution, and reporting, to meet customer milestones and expectations.
• Developing and maintaining scripts (Python, TCL, PERL, BASH) to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and support QA/QC initiatives.
• Participating in the evaluation and integration of new features, ensuring compatibility and performance across supported platforms.

What You’ll Need:

• BSc in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 5 years relevant experience, or MSc with at least 2 years experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with layout verification tools (e.g., Calibre, ICV).
• Experience with parasitic extraction tools (preferably STARRC) and methodologies.
• Transistor-level simulation skills (e.g., HSPICE, SPECTRE), including DC simulations for post-layout netlists.
• Custom layout experience and knowledge of electromigration analysis.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting languages (Python, TCL, PERL, BASH).
• Program management capabilities and technical support experience (FAE/PAE/CAE roles).
• QA/QC process experience to ensure product and project quality.
