You Are:

You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of process technologies, foundry design kits, and SoC design flows. You thrive in dynamic environments and excel at managing cross-functional teams across geographical boundaries. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners. With a customer-centric approach, you prioritize and manage multiple issues, driving them to resolution. Your technical background in IC manufacturing, process technology, and design enablement forms the backbone of your expertise. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, and familiarity with VBA, further enhance your ability to manage complex programs. Your experience in semiconductor IP design, quality management, and test chip design, while not mandatory, is a valuable asset. You are passionate about innovation and eager to bridge foundry and internal teams to exploit new technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for our foundry partners in Taiwan.
  • Managing external and internal communications across cross-functional teams.
  • Identifying, escalating, and driving issues to resolution.
  • Managing risks associated with IP development and integration.
  • Ensuring successful IP development, integration, and silicon bring-up in customer SoCs.
  • Collaborating with internal development teams, including Sales, Marketing, FAE, CAE, and R&D.

  • Enable the development environment for key processes with our foundry partners.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive timely resolution of issues, minimizing project delays and risks.
  • Facilitate the successful integration of IP into customer SoCs.

  • Contribute to Synopsys' reputation as a leader in semiconductor IP development.

What You’ll Need:

  • BSEE or equivalent with 10 to 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
  • Knowledge of IC manufacturing, process technology, and design enablement.
  • Experience in CAD, PDK development, and quality management (preferred).
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and working knowledge of VBA (preferred).

You will join the program management office at Synopsys, acting as the main interface with our foundry partners. This team ensures the successful development, integration, and silicon bring-up of our IP in customer SoCs. You will collaborate with internal development teams, including Sales, Marketing, FAE, CAE, and R&D, gaining exposure and visibility on a global scale.
