What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with a global R&D team to deliver cutting-edge Mask Synthesis solutions to leading semiconductor foundries across AsiaPac and the US.
- Investigating and analyzing geometry manipulation and pattern matching challenges for lithography applications, focusing on resolution enhancement techniques (RET) and optical proximity correction (OPC).
- Proposing, implementing, and debugging robust software solutions using C/C++ and Python.
- Working within a highly distributed team spanning Taiwan, China, US, and other international locations.
- Participating in remote meetings and technical discussions in English on a regular/daily basis.
- Engaging in on-site debugging and direct customer technical discussions to ensure optimal solution delivery.

What You’ll Need:
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of C/C++ programming experience (3+ years preferred).
- Experience developing complex software on UNIX/Linux platforms in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
- Proven ability to learn and explore new technologies, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior knowledge or experience in computational geometry or image processing is highly desirable.
- Python scripting skills for automation and prototyping.
