You Are:
You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of analog and mixed-signal simulation flows. With a background as a Circuit Designer or CAD Engineer, you bring hands-on experience in custom IC design and a passion for solving complex technical challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with R&D, internal teams, and field application engineering teams to drive product direction and improvements. Your strong scripting skills in TCL and Python enable you to develop and automate advanced flow methodologies. You are an excellent communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both internal and external customers. Your dedication to customer success is evident in your ability to support and train users, providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to excel. With your expertise in SPICE and RF simulation tools, you are ready to take on new challenges and contribute to the next generation of analog designs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support internal and external customers during benchmark engagements, suggesting optimal flow solutions for analog and RF designs.
- Drive product improvements by providing valuable feedback from customers to Synopsys R&D and product groups.
- Participate in customer and field training sessions, preparing flow collaterals to enhance the training experience.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and internal teams to define and drive product direction based on designer needs.
- Solve complex technical challenges for analog and RF designs through innovative methodologies and solutions.
- Enhance your technical expertise on the analog simulation platform while growing your soft skills in customer relationship management.

- Enable customers to achieve successful analog and RF design implementations through your expert guidance and support.

- Improve product usability and adoption by training customers and field teams on advanced flow methodologies.

- Enhance customer satisfaction by resolving engineering problems and providing effective solutions.
What You’ll Need:
- Masters in EE/CS with 7 years (or a Bachelors in EE/CS with 10 years) of relevant experience as a Circuit Designer or CAD Engineer.
- Proficiency in analog simulation environments like PrimeWave or ADE and advanced flow methodologies.
- Experience with SPICE and RF simulation tools such as PrimeSim, HSPICE, or Spectre.
- Strong scripting skills in TCL and Python.
- Excellent inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- A passion for resolving engineering problems and delivering innovative solutions.
