You Are:

You are a dynamic and analytical finance professional with a passion for driving business success through strategic financial planning and analysis. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partnering with business owners, finance teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Preparing and assisting in multi-year budgets, monthly forecasts, and headcount planning using SAP BPC.
  • Conducting detailed research on cost center variances and the drivers behind them.
  • Driving automation projects to improve forecasting efficiency.
  • Delivering month-end and quarter-end close activities and reporting.
  • Building financial models, interpreting data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations to drive improvements.
  • Preparing and posting accruals, performing monthly reconciliations, and accounting re-class entries in SAP.
  • Providing and presenting meaningful, concise, and accurate analysis and data insights to stakeholders and business unit partners.
  • Performing balance sheet account reconciliations and capital planning, including depreciation forecasting.
  • Participating in corporate-driven projects and initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

  • Professional qualification in CA/CMA/CPA.
  • 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, MIS, and analytics, preferably in a leading high-tech company.
  • Proficiency in SAP BPC, SAP BW, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert large datasets into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Willingness to work in shifts to interact with teams in different time zones.
