You Are:
You are a dedicated and innovative professional with a strong passion for developing cutting-edge technology. With a background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, you possess extensive experience in developing machine-learning-based models of physical processes. You are proficient in Python and the scientific Python ecosystem, and you have strong skills in C++17/20 and functional programming methods. Your solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, combined with your experience in developing and deploying applications based on the microservice architecture, makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work with an international team to develop Synopsys's most advanced 3D modeling feature for TCAD.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing machine learning models for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Utilizing popular machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Applying machine learning techniques suitable for modeling physical processes, including Physics-informed neural networks.
- Collaborating with an international team to develop advanced 3D modeling features for Synopsys TCAD.
- Writing and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code in Python and C++17/20.
- Deploying applications based on the microservice architecture to enhance scalability and performance.

What You’ll Need:
- BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputed university.
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in developing machine-learning-based models of physical processes.
- Proficiency in Python and the scientific Python ecosystem.
- Strong skills in C++17/20 and functional programming methods.
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with developing and deploying applications based on the microservice architecture.
