You Are:

You are a dedicated and experienced Procurement professional with a strong background in Procurement/Supply Chain Management, preferably within a multinational corporation (MNC) environment. You possess a university degree and have accumulated at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Procurement activities. Your technical skills are complemented by your proficiency with SAP, Ariba and your high level of computer literacy, particularly with Excel. You bring a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities to the table, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.

What You will Be Doing:

• Processing Purchase Requisitions/creating Purchase Orders for various countries within an ERP environment.
• Manage Helpdesk queries related to PR/PO/Ariba Contracts and Order status.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Consistently meet or exceed SLA’s.
• Working in different shifts.

What You will Need:

• Any University degree or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably within an MNC setup.
• Proficiency with SAP/Ariba.
• High level of computer literacy, including extensive knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
