Senior Staff Physical Verification Engineer, IC Validator (Application Engineering)

You Are:
An innovative, motivated, and dependable professional with a B. Tech or higher degree and a minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience. You have solid knowledge of physical verification tools like IC Validator, Calibre, PVS, or any other PV tool. You are proficient in DRC, LVS, Fill, and multi-patterning technologies and have a good understanding of physical design layouts. Experience with PERC is a big plus. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and are comfortable with scripting languages such as Python, TCL, or Perl. Experience in advanced technology nodes is preferred.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing IC Validator DRC, LVS, Fill, and PERC runsets.
- Collaborating closely with the R&D team to influence technology and solution roadmaps.
- Providing the R&D team with accurate input from the field to help them focus on critical design challenges.
- Working with other Synopsys field teams to ensure the consistency of IC Validator solutions and that they meet customer needs.
- Assisting customers with the adoption and continuous usage of IC Validator.
- Enabling customers to achieve fast and accurate signoff closure.

What You’ll Need:
- B. Tech or higher degree with a minimum of 9 years of experience.
- Solid knowledge of a physical verification tool like IC Validator, Calibre, PVS, or any other PV tool.
