What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architect and implement hybrid infrastructure as a service (IaaS) solutions across on-premise data centers and public cloud providers including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Design and develop full stack web applications using Angular, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, NestJS, and Python.
• Develop and maintain robust databases and APIs to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and performance.
• Produce well-designed, testable, and efficient code, adhering to best software development practices and industry standards.
• Create extensible internal developer portals and control planes using platforms such as Backstage.io and Crossplane.io.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and resilience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues during development and testing phases, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to deliver user-friendly, responsive solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

What You’ll Need:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Demonstrated expertise in UI development and integration using frameworks such as Angular and NestJS.
• At least 1 year of experience using GenAI-based coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to enhance development productivity.
• Deep understanding of unit testing frameworks such as Jest and pytest for robust, test-driven development.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud integration, networking, security, and authorization standards (OAuth, JWT, Okta).
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimizing cloud-based services in production environments.
• Practical experience designing and developing automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning and deployment validation.
• Experience integrating observability solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Agile mindset with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Customer-focused prioritization and engagement skills.
• Good to have: Experience with cloud architecture, DevOps, and microservices in Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes; hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, AKS/EKS/GKE, Terraform, Azure DevOps; relevant cloud certifications (Azure preferred).
