What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications that support our transformation projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and design.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, define scope, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Work on integrating various systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across the organization.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing applications and processes and implement enhancements to optimize performance and user experience.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development work, including technical specifications, user guides, and process flows.
• Support in the execution of all approved strategic transformation projects.
• Support an integrated program of change initiatives across all lines of service and functional areas, all of which are aligned to business strategy.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in application development.
• Proficiency in Python, NodeJS.
• Proficiency in Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS/Angular or similar frontend framework.
• Proficiency in RDBMS (MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/MS SQL), NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Proven experience working on transformation projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
