You Are:
You are a highly skilled and experienced verification engineer with a passion for ensuring the highest quality in digital hardware. With over a decade of hands-on experience in functional verification, you excel in developing advanced verification strategies and environments. Your expertise with SystemVerilog and UVM, combined with your knowledge of Constrained-Random and Coverage-Directed verification, makes you a valuable asset to any team. You are adept at scripting in Python and Linux shell, which aids in automating simulations and regressions. Your exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail enable you to debug complex issues efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments, effectively communicating and working with peers to achieve common goals. Your leadership skills are evident in your ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the Design Verification team of Security IP cores and subsystems.
- Developing comprehensive verification strategies and detailed verification plans.
- Creating state-of-the-art functional verification environments to ensure product quality.
- Implementing, developing, and automating simulations and regression tests.
- Generating detailed verification reports and providing regular status updates during product development.
- Collaborating closely with design and verification engineers to debug and resolve issues.
- Staying current with the latest verification methodologies and tools to continually improve processes.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in functional verification of digital hardware.
- Experience mentoring and leading junior verification engineers.
- Proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Experience with Constrained-Random and Coverage-Directed verification techniques.
- Strong scripting skills, including Python and Linux shell.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills within a team environment.
