You Are:
You are an ambitious, results-driven sales professional with a passion for building long-term, strategic partnerships at the enterprise level. With a proven track record of exceeding ambitious quotas in complex, global sales environments, you thrive on understanding your customers’ business priorities and delivering tailored solutions that drive measurable impact. Your ability to navigate and influence multi-layered organizations, coupled with strong executive presence and negotiation skills, sets you apart as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
You possess a deep understanding of technical sales, especially within engineering, software, or high-tech sectors, and are highly adept at uncovering new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships. Your analytical mindset enables you to gather, synthesize, and leverage customer and market insights to shape compelling value propositions and multi-year partnership strategies. Autonomy, initiative, and resilience are hallmarks of your professional style, and you are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and Swedish (or the local language) enables you to communicate complex concepts with clarity and confidence. You are comfortable with up to 50% travel to meet customers, attend strategic meetings, and represent Synopsys at industry events. As a collaborative team player, you actively share knowledge, coach others, and contribute to a culture of continuous growth and innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building, developing, and sustaining strategic relationships with high-value enterprise customers in Sweden and across Europe.
- Executing sales activities to meet and exceed annual quotas, driving both renewal and new business opportunities.
- Leading the customer account planning cycle, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Identifying and articulating Synopsys’ value proposition in alignment with customer business priorities and technical challenges.
- Collaborating with global account teams, technical experts, and business partners to deliver compelling, customer-centric solutions.
- Facilitating regular touchpoints, including executive meetings, trainings, and seminars to deepen stakeholder engagement.
- Managing complex contract negotiations, including multi-year deals and ROI-based proposals, to secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coaching and mentoring early-career sales professionals, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and excellence.
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and accurately tracking progress using Salesforce and related tools.
- Remaining up to date on Synopsys’ product portfolio to effectively position solutions and respond to evolving customer needs.

- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering measurable ROI and solving complex business challenges.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Synopsys’ go-to-market strategies through market and customer insights.
- Mentor and guide less experienced sales team members, strengthening overall team performance and cohesion.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 6+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 2 years as a senior/key/named account manager.
- Proven success in technical sales, particularly with complex or global accounts.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple high-value opportunities and priorities independently.
- Exceptional executive presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong strategic planning and account management expertise.
- Fluency in English and Swedish (or local language of the territory).
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
