You Are:

You are a tech-savvy professional with a passion for digital event technology. You excel in managing and implementing event technology solutions, particularly using Cvent. Your background in digital event marketing equips you with the skills to create seamless and engaging digital event experiences. You are detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical abilities that enable you to troubleshoot issues and optimize event processes. Your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all event technology needs are met with precision and efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing technical and logistical support to the Global Events team and stakeholders for events.
• Contributing to the event registration system architecture and policies and procedures.
• Liaising between the events team and system integration teams (Salesforce, Cvent, Marketo) to ensure accurate technology and data management and reporting.
• Creating, quality assuring, and testing multiple online event registration pages using Cvent.
• Supporting the marketing team with the overall event technology stack, including running training programs.
• Implementing pre-, during, and post-event attendee communication plans, targeting the best communication channels. Includes project managing email and landing page production.
• Monitoring registration activity and data, auditing records for accuracy and completeness.
• Providing live and online customer service.
• Generating analytics/event reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Building and deploying post-event surveys and other metrics to provide insights for future projects.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in digital event marketing roles.
• Knowledge using digital tools and platforms such as Cvent, Marketo and Wrike or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite preferred
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML, and web standards.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze data and define solutions.
• Strong project management skills.
