We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual who is passionate about automation, data engineering, and semiconductor technology to join our R&D team. This role focuses on automating integrated circuit (IC) design flows, optimizing data management, and enhancing workflow efficiency in analog/mixed-signal (AMS) design environments.

As an Analog Automation Engineer, you will collaborate with IC design teams to streamline design, simulation, and verification processes. A fundamental understanding of integrated circuits and semiconductor technology, along with experience using analog/mixed-signal CAD tools and programming in Python/Perl, is essential for success in this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with IC design engineers to identify bottlenecks and create automation solutions that improve productivity
Optimize design simulation, verification, and collateral generation through Python/Perl scripting and automation frameworks
Implement data engineering pipelines to process, clean, and analyze large datasets from IC design tools
Enhance data visualization and reporting to provide insights for design teams and management
Document automation workflows, database structures, and best practices for team collaboration and knowledge sharing

REQUIREMENTS:

MASc or BASc with 3+ years of analog and mixed-signal IC design experience
Strong Python programming skills with experience in workflow automation
Proficiency in SQL databases and data engineering concepts, including data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
