You Are:

You are an adaptable, passionate, and resourceful Project Engineering Manager with a reputation for “getting the job done.” You are autonomous, creative, and committed to achieving high-quality results in a team environment. You thrive in managing projects from concept to customer delivery and excel in the development of SERDES PHY IP at all stages of the product life cycle. With your strong leadership skills, you effectively drive and direct engineering teams in both strategic and tactical aspects. Your ability to define, promote, and implement engineering processes and practices makes you a valuable asset to any team. You are also comfortable taking part in pre/post-sales support alongside Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the development and implementation process of internal engineering products and services involving cross-functional design teams.
• Driving and directing engineering teams in strategic and tactical aspects, including defining IP product roadmap in collaboration with R&D and Marketing.
• Identifying needed resources to achieve timely deliverables and escalating issues when necessary.
• Driving problem resolution through fact-based judgment.
• Managing risk and change from conception to delivery.
• Defining, promoting, implementing, and improving team and cross-functional engineering processes and practices.
• Participating in pre/post-sales support with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of related experience and an Engineering Degree.
• A full understanding of integrated circuit design and design verification.
• Familiarity with the development process for ASIC designs.
• Experience in a project leadership role.
• Autonomous judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions.
• Ability to provide regular updates to management and customers on project status.
