You Are:

You are a dynamic and seasoned professional with a deep understanding of IC design methodologies and IP building blocks such as interface IP, foundation IP, and embedded processors. You thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at working with senior IP sales professionals, executive account management, corporate and field applications engineers, product marketing managers, and other stakeholders to meet and exceed sales objectives. With strong communication skills, you can interact with engineering teams at all levels, grasp complex technical data, and effectively communicate it to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your creativity and problem-solving abilities enable you to develop innovative technical sales plans and close business deals, even in competitive environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborating with senior IP sales professionals and other internal stakeholders to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Coordinating the preparation of written proposals and working with internal organizations such as business units, legal, finance, and order processing to close business deals.

Developing complex technical sales plans, including competitive displacements and creative business agreements, to meet or exceed quotas.

Supporting the assigned field team in driving IP selling strategies and understanding customer challenges and needs.

Evaluating customer requirements, assessing Synopsys' IP portfolio and roadmap, and developing proposals to meet their business and technical objectives.

Applying creative ideas to close business deals and address customer needs effectively.

Supporting the continuous innovation and improvement of Synopsys' IP portfolio to stay ahead of competitors.

What You’ll Need:

Strong understanding of IC design methods and IP building blocks.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with engineering teams at all levels.

Ability to grasp complex technical data and communicate it effectively to a diverse audience.

Proven problem-solving skills and creativity in developing technical sales plans.

BSEE/CS with a minimum of 5+ years' experience in IC-related design and/or selling activities.
