You Are:
You are a systems-oriented engineer with deep expertise in model-based systems engineering (MBSE), system architecture, and digital engineering workflows. You thrive at the intersection of technology and strategy, confidently navigating abstraction layers from architecture definition to executable system behavior and integrating engineering analyses. Your experience includes defining and evaluating system architectures, establishing requirements-driven engineering and traceability, and working with executable system models or behavior-driven analysis.
You are adept at translating intricate system-level challenges into actionable direction, engaging both hands-on engineers and senior leadership. Your consultative approach enables you to build trust and credibility, fostering adoption and scaling of MBSE practices within complex organizations. You are comfortable championing new ideas, driving technical and organizational transformation, and mentoring others on advanced engineering methodologies.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and drive technical engagements across the customer lifecycle, from problem definition through solution deployment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, driving adoption and scaling of MBSE and digital engineering practices across engineering teams and leadership levels.
- Engage with customers to enable and guidedefinitionof system architectures, requirements structures, and digital engineering strategies.
- Develop and implement MBSE-driven solutions, enabling customers to adopt and scale these approaches usingSysML-based system modeling approaches.
- Drive integration of system architecture models, behavior execution engines, and engineering analyses into cohesive digital engineering workflows.
- Define and enable implementation of end-to-end traceability frameworks across requirements, architecture, behavior, and verification.
- Partner with product teams to influence roadmap and advance interoperability across MBSE and simulation ecosystems.
- Deliver professional services, training, and technical guidance to ensure successful adoption of advanced workflows.
- Support pre-sales and technical marketing activities through demonstrations, evaluations, and industry engagement.
- Mentor team members and contribute to internal best practices in MBSE, digital engineering, and customer engagement approaches.

What You’ll Need:
- MS (or PhD) in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, MBSE, or system architecture development.
- Experience with system modeling approaches (e.g.,SysMLor similar frameworks).
- Experience with requirements-driven engineering and traceability.
- Strong programming or scripting skills (Python preferred).
- Experience integrating models, behavior, and/or engineering tools into automated workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability tooperateeffectively in a customer-facing, consultative engineering role.
- Experience withModelCenteror similar workflow orchestration tools (preferred).
- Experience with behavior execution engines or executable MBSE approaches (preferred).
- Experience with Digital Mission Engineering (DME) or system-of-systemsanalysis (preferred).
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, Teamcenter) (preferred).
- Exposure todigital thread or digital engineering strategies (preferred).
- Familiarity with standards such asSysMLv2 or related interoperability frameworks (preferred).
- Active security clearance (if applicable).
